I like being creative and it helps me in life. For example I design basic things to make my work easier like a trolley to carry water to my garden which can stay outside in front of my kitchen and is not affected by the sun (air wheels trolleys usually can't).

How do you mindfully forgive, and maintain boundaries?

Good question cverner!
Sometimes the forgiving is easier than the forgetting. We tend to put up walls instead of giving boundaries. So, in an instance we have to remind ourselves to be aware of this. We can always ask for space until we are ready to forgive.

Sometimes I use my drawings to de-escalate a situation. I use them to add humor to a stressful environment. I also use them to bring smiles to those that need them.
