Recently I tried a new project in building something I needed (a cart with steering handle/wheels). It turned out It wasn't as easy as I thought. I made one version only to realize I can push the cart around corners easily so I had to do it again. I managed it at the end and it gave me confidence in what I am doing and made me feel good. I find the more we try to do new things the more we can boost our confidence. On the way we always learn something!

went shopping for the first time in months! Was able to walk in, get stuff, sit and take a break, walk some more, wait in line, walk back to the car - and I didn't have a body crash the next day (this morning)! Woo hoo!! Step by step.... #longcovidsurvival
