Mindfulness Daily Check-In March 2, 2020

Hi Hi everyone in Mindfulness, I wish you all an amazing week

Happy Brain

Think of your favorite place, it can be real or imaginary. Tell yourself I feel happy, I feel safe here.

1. Take some slow, long breaths in through your nose, and slowly out through your mouth. Make a half smile and close your eyes.

2. Imagine yourself being in that place, smiling, happy. Maybe there is someone with you, your favorite person or a pet or just you walking, sitting, dancing, whatever makes you happy most.

3. What does the place look like? Notice how you feel.

4. Hug yourself and keep visualizing how happy you are, keep smiling.

5. Then, when you feel ready, take some deep breaths again in through the nose out through the mouth and open your eyes and return to your room.
