Morning Pep-Talk

Mindfulness Community Check-In February 8, 2023

It’s not always possible to be in a great mood in the morning. Sometimes there are things on our schedule which we’re not too keen on. Good self talk can be a great way to get motivated so let’s share some helpful things we can say to ourselves to get into a better mindset.

Example: “I may not feel like this today but it’s okay once I get there. It’s how I make my money that I use to get the things I need, like and care about”
