Stepping into the light

The last time I posted to this topic I talked about how Ive been practicing breathing exercises. I've gotten myself into the habit of practicing this when I feel tense or there is anxiety or depression, sometimes exhaustion. Ive built the habit so routinely that my performance at work has increased. It's generally allowed me to put in more hours and catch up on schoolwork as well.

So here I am again the beginning of the third week and I feel confident with this coping skill.

I also like to do stances that apply pressure in both legs, but a simple squat will do as well, but what I personally do is place one leg slightly in front of the other and crouch.

A simple stretch with my hands clapsed together raised into the air helps me as well.

Whatever the case I'd suggest searching for things to adapt into your life that can release the trauma from your body.

That's what we're trying to do here. Release trauma from the body.

I pray for your well-being, and I'm concerned if no one else is, and if I'm not one person will be.

The greatest teacher in life is experience, the more you have the wiser you get. Keep living and you'll use it one day for yourself or someone younger than you.

Learn from the elderly, they've gone through similar challenges.

Don't be hard on yourself, no one has lived life twice otherwise you'd know what to do.

Set boundaries and let nobody bad weather determine your perspective on life.

Work hard, eat well, eat heavy, eat lite.

Nourish your mind, body and soul with positivity and your light will grow.

Regardless of your circumstances your spirit can still stay intact.

I've gone through rejection from so many young ladies growing up, I've been cheated on. I've been called stupid by my parents, I've been looked down on by my siblings. I've been mocked by "friends". I've been assaulted and raped.

Why? Because people don't hate what they see in themselves, people hate what they wish they could be.

I'm *** amazing, and God has shown me a lot of the reasons why.

Thank you for these words of encouragement. I really liked when you said that the greatest teacher in life is experience, the more you have the wiser you get. Keep living and you'll use it one day for yourself or someone younger than you and you can also passed it down even from that. But the ones that have the most experience is the elderly. Since they have been alive longer than we are. Also as human beings we only have one life to live and after that life we would be dead in our graves. If we were allowed to have a second life everyone would know how to navigate life easier.  I like some of your coping skills that you said about exercise  and deep breathing. Deep breathing is a really good coping skills. Because it helps you feel calm and less anxious or facing throughs all the time.

Glad you found it helpful. Sometimes I think my words come across too strong but I'm glad you can learn from it. I'll make sure to do my best to stay positive as well.

God Bless.
