a lot of things...understanding...acceptance..kindness ... ya know? the basics... i think

@Ekwatorzone i think that things I expect from my mom are to know that I need understanding and support, not misguidance and opinionated negatives. Even if I am going through something she may not understand, I feel like it is her responsibility to become educated on the topic, whether it be talking to me or someone else, to better help our relationship.

Too much support and kindness from the mother are overwhelming as well. I have a very good mother. She's always passionate and optimistic. But her support actually worsens my mental illness.
