Whenever I feel really sad, hopless and defeated this quote of Camus makes me feel really better. I hope it helps u too

We all hit rocks in life, and none of us has to paddle through them alone. The Way of the River is a simple guide, shaped by our community over many years, to help us get through hard times together. Come read the seven paddle strokes, then share the rock you're facing and the stroke you're taking. You belong here, just as you are.

See what we've been working on and ways you can help us move things forward!
