the path to a new beginning

I am the path, I am the light, I am that which will shatter the dark,

I am your guide, I am your tether to this world. Make no mistake, 

I will never leave you, I will never abandon you, I will never give up on you,

even if you give up on yourself, I will always be there for you,

looking to brighten your path, to get you were the lights are,

I will always look up for you, take my hand and take a leap of trust,

now take a look again, see me for who I really am, 

now you see me, and.... , who do you see?

a mirror, a reflection, you see yourself in me, 

cause I am you, and you are I, cause we are both 

part of each other, we intertwine, 

I was always there for you, we always worked as one, 

and now you see me as a separate part of you, 

and yes this might help you grasp who you really are,

and what you have inside of you, yes I am you and you are I, 

whatever journey you are on I am there too , no matter how hard it is, 

I will always be there for you, trust in me , trust in yourself, open your eyes

and begin to see, now the path for you will begin to shine to open, venture forward

to a new begging, one with me, you`ll never be alone again, cause now, 

we are one.
