ACT Guide Lesson 16: Live a Life of Vitality

I found I really didn't connect to this one, and I thought the metaphor was horrible. Taking a bus full of people to become a race car driver? That sounds like irresponsible risk taking behaviour to me.

I can understand living based on your values. Every other sentence above this video didn't resonate with me.

Avoidance can be in line with values.

The summary below the video seemed to fit with lesson 15, not 16. I'm not sure what the intent of this lesson was.
