At times do you want to have 1 person you can talk to on some skills to feel better?

If you answered yes then great

The Buddy Up Program was created so many people here can find skills, hope, happiness mostly the start of healing and understanding their thoughts and body more WITH a special person. To discover with skills how they "can be" in control of how they react and the intensity of feelings. To know when anxiety or panic attacks come some simple skills and focusing on their breathing can lower how their body is reacting.
