Duck-Duck(whaaaa) Goose-Mindfully

ok ok not that kind of Duck Duck Goose
gigglez Hi wonderful community Rumple here and I-WANNA-PLAY
We are all gonna play Duck Duck Goose Mindfully
![]()
So the game we are playing is kinda like Duck Duck Goose. But the thing is YOU ARE ALL AT HOME JUST SITTING AND READING
Here are the rules:
1. Get in a comfortable position, sitting, leaning on wall, in bed, at bus stop any where. Notice how you are laying/sitting/standing. Notice are you hungry or full-maybe get a snack. Check in with yourself on how you are feeling and thinking. Distractions are ok
2. Pay attention to what you are reading as that is being present and mindful. If your thoughts wonder like mine are now-lol just recognize this and try not to judge them. Just come back to the game even if you start over
3. Notice how you are feeling as we play the game and so many directions are coming at you or things to read-yes this is a silly game
4. Don't give up-and if you find yourself judging pat yourself on the back and say "Come on let's get back into the game"
Object Of Game:
Object of the game: Yes we know Duck Duck Goose we all sit on the floor in a circle and someone taps our head a few times 1 by one. And then says GOOSE and we are to run around the circle 2 times and try and tag them before they sit in the spot you were in
Right!
For this game pictures and objects some words and maybe a song, really anything will come in. Thing is you need to stay focused on the stuff I AM SAYING. Focus on the STORY only heehee
Our minds wonder like well dogs withour a leash and an active nose-lol We need to retrain them a bit. So with these fun creative games I do, we will teach our brain to "sit" lol Those of you who answer the correct answer did great. As we are all winners here
Most important have some fun!!
Alrighty here we go.......................
There was these ducks that loved to go walking by the pond with their friends the geese. They done this every day and so so enjoyed the fun times together. Watching other birds come and go, some fly and crash into the pond wter-all would giggle together https://bit.ly/2FOcKqz They all enjoyed spreading their wings out and feeling the warm sun on them. Sometimes they would nap together too. Then they would get up and go for Pamela drove her car 999999 kilometers and used 999 liters of fuel. She wants to know how many kilometers (k)(k)left parenthesis, k, right parenthesisshe can drive with 121212 liters of fuel.
All the ducks and geese liked coming to this one pond daily but they noticed they were attracting many other geese. 17 were white 8 black 10 yellow and there were 4 new geese that almost looked blue. They wanted to divide in 2 groups to give out more room. They couldn't figure out how many they be divided
https://bit.ly/1eXV9JZ Oh wow the geese went on to fish and they caught so many they shared with their friends the ducks. All were so happy to be together and share and eat too.https://bit.ly/2tPSbF8 The days they all feel are getting to short for them. They want to make the days longer to have more fun with each otherhttps://bit.ly/2paISu0 They all decided they wanted to go for a swim and to cool off. Oh they all made loud noises and were running hopping and skipping to the water. All dicks and geese dived into the water feeling the cool water under their feathers and on their hot feet.https://bit.ly/2FILQgt Gosh they are all so tired they all said goodbye to one another promising to meet again the next day and have fun with all their new and old friends.
the end
Welcome back everyone
How was the game? Was there any distractions going on "outside" of just the story? And what is the answer or answers if there are any to this story? heetee

@RumpleSteeleSkin
The geese could divide into a group of 20 and another of 19.
@CoinFountain
HIya Coin great you are here and played the game
Actually the answer is "nothing" No answer at all. As we all had to focus just on these wonderful ducks and geese and how they enjoyed being together. How I described the sun and water and stuff. heehee my kids helped me with this one as you know teenies are so very distracted. This was fun and hard for me to do myself. But I was anticipating fun and laughter from the community
@RumpleSteeleSkin
Oh my goodness this was so much fun! I got distracted, I got to say, but I didn't mind, because the distranctions were so much fun! The story was silly and that's what I like to read after a long day of school, just a bit of sillyness and fun. What I really noticed when I tried to not get distracted (and stop trying to do the math for the groups, lol) was that I relaxed. My shoulders sagged a little, I sat deeper into my chair and I couldn't keep a goofy smile off of my face.
Really loved it, and I love the games you come up with! If you can, please make up more!
@JayTheBird14
HIya Jay glad you enjoyed this game
haha Im so giggling reading your response and really enjoying this game. haha yes some distractions can be fun alright. But the main point in learning on these is don't judge them or you wondering. Honestly many of many do this and really don't notice. I'm smiling as I read you relaxed and felt the stress leave your shoulders. Im glad this game helped you today. Most of all you laughed and smiled
@RumpleSteeleSkin
Amazing work Rumple! To me it is all about focus on the essential which is a skill and not always easy. I enjoyed the videos, the playfull interaction of the kids with the cats, nurturing Love and improving the understanding and importance of another "being" (not seeing human as the only ones in our world), the duck story reminding that what we have in the present moment is enough, how we are is enough and not craving for something we do not have just because of the sake of wanting it (and when we get it it becomes of less desire/ interest), the sharing duck, share so that we all can live, the grebes, together we have fun and together we make it.
