@HealingSinthia I remember reading this in the book : Power of subconsious mind by Joseph Murphy . However , I would also like to add that without efforts and hardwork nothing can be achieved . Hence , not only one should make efforts to convince subconsious mind to achieve something but also work hard towards that goal by making sincere efforts.
