Mindfulness Check in December 01 - A Huge ShoutOut

We are in the last month of 2018 and a month away from 2019. So, we do like to pause to tell you some good news about 2018. On behalf of the entire Mindful Team, we are pleased to share we grew big.

We have 1009 friends!! YAY!!

It happened due to the overwhelming support and engagement of so many of you. And we all are grateful for your presence in this community.

Also, this year was filled with some amazing happenings, let's recall some of them--

@RumpleSteeleSkin became Community Mentor Leader of the community.

@Jill7Cups joined 7cups and our amazing community manager.

Some great check-ins by @AmiablePeace77 and @LisaDeRegtMBPsS. Lisa is 7Cups Counselor and joined the community under Therapist Liaison program.

And, the amazing teamwork of Community Team and community members. Kudos to everyone!!
