Hello Mindfulness Community Friends!

I hope you are doing well.

Do not expect immediate results!

It is natural to get trapped in expecting immediate results. As we are in the skyrocketing world, we like things to happen in the same way. We want that as soon as we make a decision, take action. It brings us immediate results as well.

But, it is not possible. Everything has a process and it takes a while to reach there. Even a clock's hand takes 12 hours to strike again at 12.

So if you experiencing a change, a struggle, concern or anything in the between, it going to take a while to address them. And in the process, you need to be adaptable and determined. Because changes are non-linear. It takes a lot of ups and downs before settling down.

Try to remind yourself next time when you experience a change- Result wouldn't be immediate. Have patience! Patience is a virtue!
