Mindfulness Daily Check-In April 1, 2018

Hello, Mindfulness Community! Happy Easter to those who celebrate, and Happy Sunday to all! Also, it's the beginning of a new month, so Happy April! Lets take a couple of minutes to slow down and recommit ourselves to our mindfulness practices by practicing mindfulness through observation.

First, find a comfortable position. Youre probably at a computer or holding a phone or tablet, so get comfy and take a few deep breaths with eyes opened or shut. Next, take a couple of minutes to simply observe your surroundings without adding any mental commentary to them. After you have finished observing your environment, come back to this post!
