A question I ask to myself every morning, "What is one thing I'm going to complete today?" Because it allows me to think strategically with better focus and prioritize my activities for the day. As well as allow me to ensure to keep my words what I said to myself.

Asking some good questions to yourself is form of practicing mindfulness. Because when you have a question, you dig your thoughts to get specific answers in relevance of questions. It somehow allow your mind to bring some organized thoughts out of cluttered mind. So, questioning is a way to become more mindful about yourself or your surroundings.

When I study all the year for exams, I try to cover all the topics and subjects. But, during exam time, when I get specific questions, it put me to #ThinkMode and write answers for those questions. Definitely most of them aren't 100% correct. But, it allows me to know what I am aware of and able to retained from what I studied. I think thats why we do mock tests, tests and exams to see what we studied and what we retained. That is, knowing how aware we are about what we learned during a semester. A way to be mindful.

So, how questions make you mindful?

Asking question allow you to stay focused on your commitments and understand the purpose of it. It brings clarity in your life and activity you do. Allow you to understand the value of these activities and thoughts in your life. Knowing answers of question allow to save your time in bringing action.

So, knowing that how questioning oneself can help you be practice mindfulness. We're interested to know

One question I want to ask myself weekly is: How do I feel about this week?

By mindfully going through the feelings that have lingered with me through the week, I make sure I won't take any of these feelings with me, especially ones that make me feel bad, with me to the next week. And if I feel bad about a certain week, I can maybe figure out how to prevent feeling like that in the future.

I do struggle with being non-judgemental about my feelings though, so that might be challenging for me.

Thoughts? Advise? Other ideas?

Thanks for this post though, asking yourself a question each week is an easy way of being mindful about what has happened to you over a longer period of time and what the effects might be laugh
