So today we gonna make this short n sweet
Mindfulness can be used in everything we do in our daily lives. I do know many just do not like Winter.
- Cold
- Wet, slushy
- Not enough sunlight
- Hard to drive, walk in
- Gotta put many cloths on to stay warm
- Your nose always run
Ha so so many reasons. But................
Today I'd like you to be mindful of those wintery days and share in detail of how a day is for you. Use your senses taste,touch,smell, hearing, seeing. When we use all these our moods are not so bad about something that makes us uncomfie. So please share

@RumpleSteeleSkin I am really impressed from the picture of you taking a leisurely swim in those ice cold waters. lol
Yes winter is here but in 8 weeks or so it will be gone and spring will be here hopefully. Spring is right around the corner.
@soulsings ello lmao I so am giggling on this! I just so understand many who struggle with seasonal changes and winter is one of those for many. Thought a little giggle be helpful. bbrrrr! Souls I so do hope that Spring comes really fast here. At 5am snowed like there was not a tomorrow. 1 hour and 50 minutes it took me to work and still I was late. BUT I found a station of mindful talk it was. That did distract my brain enough(eyes on road) so that I'd not get negative of something I could not change.
A wintery day where I live is not so bad... It's pretty cold at night, and I shiver, but if I put on warm clothes and lots of soft blankets then I feel very warm. The days are sunny and, frankly, warm and bright, or they are overcast. I like the smell of the crisp air, and the way the wind feels on my face, even if it is a bit biting.
