Stigmas stopped her to reach out for help that she needed for several years.

Now, the 30 years old is energetic, high spirit, confident and determined. But, getting this change wasn't an easy walk.

She said, "She felt low and negative. Anxious and emotionally weak. Felt lonely. Wanted to scream and say what she feel."

Later, she spoke with a friend about it. A courageous move. Checked Google and read different articles and got a rough idea that she has depression.

She tried to work out the ways as suggested by the articles. Every day, she tried her best to keep herself happy and see the positive side of life. She said, "Couldn't find any positive. All seem negative and bad."

After continous team efforts of therapist, friends and herself, she progressed as better.

She said, "It made her stronger and fighter. If she hadn't experienced the mental health issue, probably she wouldn't be the same as she is today."

She was thankful for it as it made her realise she is much stronger than what she guessed about herself.

I'm thankful that the issues with my mental health has helped me to empathize with others more. I'm sensitive to others' needs and it helps me talk with others about how they're not alone.

@ASilentObserver

Thank you Silent for this great check insmileyI guess for me Im gratful that I had no real issues with getting or finding mental health support. I really been blessed in this area. At one time I had to much. I felt this wonderful bunch-my support team held me back/pacified me on my symptoms or falls. So I gathered the nerve and gave an end date to them all as I new I had more then enough skills to keep going in life.

I was right- 21 years later and still not in need to mental health services. Congrats to you Rumplesmileyyesheart

@ASilentObserver Hi Obs! heart How are you? I hope you are having a wonderful day and week so far! laugh This is a really wonderful and powerful post, and I am thankful for this post as well as all of the struggles that I have experienced my whole life. I have experienced a lot of pain since I was young, but these painful lessons have helped me become stronger in so many ways. I am forever thankful for that, and I pray that I can continue to handle and overcome any future struggles if I have to face any. heart
