Mindfulness Daily Check-in 13th November 2019

Hi Mindfulness Community.

I've learnt so much here from all of you and it's such a great community that we have! I wondered if we could each include one (or many!!) of our favourite quotes that provides insight, wisdom or positivity into our lives or something that you have gained that has helped you?

A favourite of mine (I have lots so it's really difficult to choose just one!) is this: "This too shall pass". It serves as a reminder that even on our darkest days there is always hope even if we are unable to see it at that moment. Another of mine is, "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain". In life, there are times that coping is really tough and this isn't meant to minimise what we're going through but to put it into perspective. It's such a struggle but sometimes reframing can really help us cope.
