Mindfulness Daily Check-in 20th March 2019

Hi everyone!! :)

How are you all today? I hope today has been a positive day for you all. This is a simple exercise but often when we practise gratitude we feel much happier. It takes time so always be kind to yourself and cultivate this within... we give it out to others so easily and reserve very little for ourselves so let's try and turn this around.
