Hello Mindfulness Community. I hope you are doing great.

"What does keep you motivated to keep working?"

This is what I would like to discuss with you today. Whatever we do or act. It is a choice made by us. We have a reason to do it in a certain way.

We do not do things if we have no reason to do it. We have our own logic and reasons. And those reasons keep us sort of motivated and compelled to do the activities.

Like, I am writing this post because I love to connect with you. It is the way through which we share our thoughts and learn from each other. And, I am a learner. So, it motivates me to write here.

Similarly, every activity we do back up by some motivation, reasons or logic.
