Mindfulness n Music n Markers
We all listen to music-right? We all move our bodies in some motion-right? We all sometimes write about how a song made us feel-right? Well have you ever DREW how music makes you feel? Yes draw how the tempo, the words, the way it makes you feel happy or sad or even cry- or get up and wiggle
Ok so lets try this:
Select a few songs to listen to. Make sure they are different. It can be your favorite ones or just some silly ones. Listen to the first one, grab your markers and go at it! Draw how that song is making you feel, Color your paper all up. Keep doing that with 1 or more songs youy choose.

Don't have to be good at drawing. That we are not focusing on here"Am I go or bad drawer" Nope! Expressing emotions to music or to anything isnt an object or anything-but can be alot of wigglie lines and colors.

Hi Dolphin, when you try to write a reply here, right above the text box do you see a small square box with a mountain and a sun? The 3rd icon? That's the icon that helps you attach an image using its link/URL. So first you need to upload your picture to "imgur" site, copy the link from there, click on the picture linking icon here, and then paste that link in the URL bar. Click ok and you're done!! So excited to see your doodle... 😀
I can't tell if this is working or not but the song I was inspired by is To The Ends Of The Earth by NateWantsToBattle (Nathan Sharp). I used only a pink highlighter and doodled it in school but I'm hoping to make a more refined version once I have the time.
It's supposed to be a whale flying over a field of grass which is supposedly impossible since whales can't fly or get out of the water but this song made me feel like I could do anything no matter how heavy my heart is and I could soar like the whale in my doodle. It's a little silly but I'm happy that I didn't put a lot of thought into it and just went with what I was feeling.
It was fun to finally not follow any sort of rules or guidelines like I have to in art school so it was like a breath of fresh air to me. Thanks for letting me participate in this little activity, and I'm most likely gonna do a lot more of these on my own in the future c:

HI Dolphine glad to see you checking in I will try and explain it the way I know how to do it
1. Take a picture of ur drawing.
2. Go to Imgur
3. Down loead your picture there and copy and paste the link here
4. Up at top in this wonderful white box you will see littlier boxes.... ABCcheck B I U and then something that looks like a chain. Press it and paste ur link there
