Something doesn't allow me to think.

I feel that someone in my head doesn't allow me to think or concentrate after what I described in this post /Ilostmyabilitytothinkdeeply_373765 I feel that my own thinking is good but external 'ingerence' makes me not able to do it well.

@AsherTree There will be no recovery tho if that guy will still continue to tell me to not think in some ways or just make me think about his mentality.

I think I lost the ability to treat the game seriously because he used a funny expression to describe it. Maybe if I can take it seriously, then I can also think well.

@AsherTree What if I want to take it seriously or with some level of seriousness and I can't do it, because I feel that he doesn't see it as serious and prohibits me from having an opinion of perceiving it seriously these are my thoughts when playing chess.

Your gonna have to communicate this to him. If he won't take you seriously then maybe you shouldn't play with him..

At any rate Chess is just a friendly game, win or lose your main goal is to enjoy yourself..

@AsherTree He blocked me after I sent him few messages, he was very defensive and didn't want to give straight answers.

That sounds really frustrating, especially when you feel capable of thinking clearly but struggle to concentrate. Stress and anxiety can sometimes affect focus, so try taking things slowly, writing down your thoughts, or taking short breaks without putting pressure on yourself.

You could also try simple mindfulness exercises or reflection prompts on MyBeing to help you pause and check in with yourself. If this feeling persists or affects your daily life, consider speaking with a mental health professional to better understand what is happening.
