@quickSea2055 yes mindfulness allows you to be still enough, to let your mind settle and be quiet in contemplation, to allow you to concentrate on emotions and thoughts, ones that we might run from and hide from in the business of life, whereas mindfulness allows us to process them in a healthier manner 💜🥰

Practice of journaling can be very helpful too.
I was wonky at the beginning and didn't know where to start. So I divided my life into different areas: social, emotional, physical, financial, health....
And I just rated them everyday on a scale of 1 - 10. I sat down with the feelings where I was in the moment and it usually just started to flow. When I got clear on what I did not want in my life anymore I could focus easier on the things that I actually want to experience.
That was a while ago and just last year I found that first journal. It was wonky but I am so proud how far I've come.
The first steps are always a bit unclear, but as you start walking the walk, the more the path before you unfolds.
Can you give an example of a situation where you feel like you have no idea about where to start and where to go ..
