Hi everyone, my name is Chris. I'm 47, married with 2 teenage children. I'm here because I need to explore and find out what really makes me tick. I hate the line off work I'm in, yet the money is good, but my mental health suffers because of it. I'm really trying to find happiness in what I do and want to wake up not feeling anxious everyday, but instead wake up excited and happy about the day ahead.
