Not every assist happens in real life. Some of the most meaningful support is simply helping someone feel seen, understood, and less alone - especially when they don’t have a strong team around them.
Share if you have supported other moms before and what you did. Plan at least one community assist to practice and update your reply with how it went afterwards.
