I am Sorry ...
We all commit mistakes, both intentionally and unintentionally. How often have you been accountable and made an apology? Seldom? Every time? Guess not. The realisation and regret quite hits too late to be mended. And we end up with nothing but guilt and anxiousness. However, its never too late to make things right. Its never too late to say. 'sorry'. Its just a matter of how you do it. There is still scope to being a better you.
Write down a "I am sorry ..." note to anyone you missed apologising to. It maybe you yourself or anyone on this planet- cups or off-cups.

Soo true, apologising never makes you inferior or small in any sense. It's mature to own upto your fallies, and work on improving/ not repeating! 💛

Very welcomed Forum thread. Thank you for posting it. I forget how much just saying and or wishing an apology means even if the person I wish to apologize has pulled away.
