- In what creative ways have you added exercise into your daily routine? I'm not able to get away from the house to go to the gym, so I walk around the perimeter of my backyard while I'm watching my kids outside playing.
- What helps you when you don't feel like exercising? I do something easy like a yoga, stretching routine, or recovery cardio video.
- Have you experienced the benefits of exercising with a group or partner? How did it impact your motivation and accountability? Yes, I used to love working out in a class or going to the gym with a friend back so many years ago when I was in college! It made it fun, so I always wanted to do it.
I actually got addicted to it i mean when you start going to gym you dont really stop and now i cant go a day without it i would recommend the fellow people here to start exercising and have discipline in it, it will transform you and motivate you throughout your day
