I just want icecream
Ive been wanting ice cream for a while. But due to diet and budget i do not have a choice but to opt out ice cream. Along with all other foods and everything else I crave. You know what I just did? Im so broke, instead of buying ice cream, I looked up what ice cream was rated best seller. I still chose ben and Jerrie's. There was a sale at safeway. I looked on the safeway app. Maybe i can have it delivered? Wait… But just for a 2/4.50 deal? That wouldn't be worth the delivery drivers time… I just want ice cream. But all these other things keeping me from getting it, makes life seem like a joke right now. Because… By the time i get the courage to get it, its already night. Yes, there is a 7/11 near by. Yes, I could just walk. But I don’t because my bf tells me its too dangerous to walk myself at night. When I was a teenager I was just learning how to be ambitious and simultaneous. I feel like I could be so much, but family tells me to rethink. I appreciate they care for my health and safety. Why am I not fully happy? Sometimes, something so simple is hard to get.
If youre a teenager just experiencing life, and all the joys your world can offer, never take it for granted. If you believe you can be someone then hold on to that feeling for the rest of your life, ok? Dont listen to people trying to confuse you or people who are just mean and rude. They don’t understand you and your life. But you do, and you are the one in control of your life. If you want icecream then get it! If you don’t feel like eating then thats okay too. You already know exercise and health is important, you just gotta remember to take care of yourself too. Another thing, dont get so attached to someone that you forget what you like.

It is true some closest to us family or BF/ gf etc can tell us do not do this or that ... yes sometimes basic safety concerns that may need to be heeded but sometimes their ideas make our world seem smaller and limits the feeling of being spontaneous or trying new things.....
we do need to take care of ourselves and sometimes that involves taking a risk for a reward.
