Mindset Shift: What’s the best advice you’ve heard lately?
What is one piece of advice you heard recently that completely changed your perspective?

I love this forum post :)! Piece(s) of advice is a great way to share experiences/words to those onward. When I was going through tough times, this advice flipped my perspective. I hope it can be of use to someone else now:
"Be gentle with yourself, it's your first time living too".
"The past is a place to learn from, not live in".
"Not everything has to (or will) make sense. Accepting this, is okay. Choose your peace".

Regret is one of the best ways that I learn from my mistakes.
But one of the greatest lessons I've learned is that getting lost in regret is one of the most damaging things I can do.
Regret is a part of every person's life; we cannot live a life without regrets, but the most important thing is knowing when to accept things and move on.
Being able to say, "What's done is done, and I can't change it," is one of the greatest things I have learned to do.

Sometimes the lesson isn't about avoiding regret, but learning when to let it go. We can't change what happened, but we can choose what we do with what we've learned. 🤗 🤗

Beautifully put!
