One Tiny Shiny Key
I'm reading a book, and one character says, referring to conflict between two different cultures:
"Language is one tiny shiny key!"
And it made me think...
We all have emotional issues, or whatever else brought us to 7Cups. Obviously, there is no quick fix for our things we deal with.
So...
What's one tiny shiny key that each of us could work on, that will make it just a TINY bit easier? <3
Every key will add up to a full keyring, or, in therapy terms, a full toolbox of tools that will move us closer to where we want to be.

Confidence is one. My confidence challenge is to go into a Subway restaurant, or somewhere like it, and go through all the sandwich questions without saying "uh" or "um". It feels good to be able to do that.

Unconditional love. That love which is unburdened by desires or agendas. A complete, selfless compassion towards another creature that can be neither diminished or tarnished.
