Weight loss
Can anyone help me find motivation to lose weight? Or motivation in general.
Honestly, motivation comes and goes, so I wouldn’t wait until you “feel ready” to start. What helped me was making the goal really small at first, like taking a 10-minute walk, drinking more water, or improving one meal a day instead of trying to change everything at once.
Also, if you’re looking into things like peptides or GLP-1 options for weight loss, I’d definitely treat that as a conversation to have with a doctor, not something to self-experiment with. They can help you figure out what’s actually safe, whether you’re a good candidate, and what lifestyle changes should go with it.
You don’t have to be perfect. Just start with one small action today and build from there.

Losing weight requires consistency. It takes time to notice a difference, but as long as you stick to it, it’ll be worth it in the end. I know that sometimes it gets hard, but if you find a diet and workout routine that you’re comfortable with, I think you’ll be able to do it in no time!! It will feel uncomfortable at first but it will pay off in the end <3
The biggest thing is to please never overexercise or eat too little. That does so much harm for your body. So please make sure to take care of yourself, and you got this!
@britt1019 it’s not always about being motivated, sometimes all it takes is just being present and focusing on the now. Put your shoes on, don’t linger on the thought too much and just get out the house.
