What is one challenge, if successfully completed, would make you the happiest?

I'm on a journey to conquer a challenge, which is to successfully overcome my fear of social anxiety, and I believe that overcoming it will bring immense happiness into my life. It made me think, does anybody else have a challenge that would make them very happy?
