Ok, I said both because when your working hard it's good and you can get things and be motivated and build good characteristics and working smart can also make smarter choices and I guess you can be less stress too

I can't post my reply. I keep getting the following error. I don't have pictures or any rude wording or sentences. There's nothing that can be considered unacceptable with my comment that I can see.😕

Uh oh! An error was encountered saving your post. (Code 064)

OK, I have to work much harder get this post posted. But I'm gonna try to do it in a smarter way. One paragraph or one sentence at a time until I find the problem. (Several more failures but maybe replacing "The- done" with "the work done" is the solution.

Fail. 1 / Fail 2 / Fail 3 / Fail 4

I Finally Found The Offensive Word. I worked very hard to get this posted. BUT now I can be Smart about it next time. (Bottom line.... Don't give up and work hard until you learn enough to make things simpler and more efficient.)

Here is my Original Post. (Hopefully 😂)

Whichever is needed and used to get the work done in a timely manner.

Sometimes the work just looks too hard to even get started, and this would be a time to just get in there to work hard and get started.

Sometimes in our efforts to be smarter about doing something because we mistake smarter for easier; we end up outsmarting ourselves and causing more work and wasting more time than if we just jumped in there and got it done.

Always choose to work hard first and then experience will teach you how to work smarter but that doesn't mean you should ever stop working hard.

Answer: Work Hard .... first and foremost.

2 Questions: Does working smarter mean making the work easier? And if so, should we ignore hard work if we cannot find an easier way to do it?

@Helpyhelper10564,

I think both go hand in hand. However, in order to work smart at some stage during a task or journey, working hard has to be done in the beginning.

Hope it makes sense :)
