Zero Motivation
I’m feeling very down I’m just so hopeless at this point it’s getting out of hand I just let everything and everyone get to my feelings and it’s annoying me deeply I’m not motivated to do anything anymore.
@zayobn27 I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's completely okay to have ups and downs, and it's important to acknowledge your emotions. Remember, you don't have to go through this alone – if you feel comfortable, don't hesitate to reach out to someone you trust for support and understanding. Take small steps at your own pace, and things can gradually improve. You're not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

What can you do to break the cycle? Sometimes, what seems so hopeless today is nothing more than a bump in the road towards tomorrow. I know that sounds corny but you gotta believe that zero motivation is sometimes needed to get us motivated.
So if something comes around that energizes you or breaks the cycle, go with it for as far you can.
Please come back to your post here here let us know how you're making out.😊
I am sorry you are feeling hopeless.
I hope you can soon find some positivity in your life.
When I feel very down, I try to pretend I am Spock on Star Trek and operate entirely on logic. I consider my feelings as pain I must endure until I can offload it.
An analogy I put in my mind is soneone carrying an important burden with both hands and then they get a small store or bit of gravel get inside their shoe. They have to simply endure a few steps until they can set the burden down in a safe place and attend to the pain causing stone.
I find if I force myself to at least attempt some ordinary activity it reduces my hopeless feeling. Practicing self care at these times even of I don't feel like it helps also.
