@Anyakn0625 Personally, I wouldn't ever wait around for anyone who doesn't love me back. 10 years is a long time to wait on someone. At the end of the day, you mentioned one-sided love. To me, that means the love one person feels is not the same the other feels. To me, that means what one person gives nothing is reciprocated back. How can a relationship possibly work when there is not a mutual love between the two? In life, time waits for nobody. Time is valuable, so we should not squander it. This, of course, is just my opinion. 

@Anyakn0625Personally, I would not waste 10 years of my life on, waiting for a person, who's not gonna be part of my life. love that is one-sided for a decade is usually being sustained by hope, attachment, or fear of letting go, not mutual choice.

Love that asks us to pause your life indefinitely is not love that’s protecting ourselves.

All this waiting (& for nothing) caused loneliness, low self-worth, or emotional stagnation, & what not.
