One way to get motivation for self-care is by setting realistic goals and finding activities that make you feel good. Self-care isn't just about pampering yourself, but also about taking care of your mental and physical health. Try starting small by making time for activities that you enjoy, like reading or taking a walk. Remember to be kind to yourself and celebrate your accomplishments even the small ones!

For me, I get motivation to do self-care
by pre-designing my surroundings and routines
so then self-care just happens automatically by default.
Like, I have a morning routine that includes
microwave-cooking breakfast while I'm
doing fun exercise-move videos. Then I eat.
In the evening, I automatically turn the lights down low and
my pc automatically plays very relaxing music.
That automatically gets me in the mood to relax and
gets me ready for sleep.
I've removed a lot of stressful things I used to do
so that automatically makes self-care happen
since I replaced stress with better usual activities.
I've also started limiting what I do
so I'm doing less non-essential things.
That gives me more time to do essential things
like self-care things.

this is a very helpful reply. I never thought of automating a music cue to help me to remember to relax!

I'm glad you found it interesting.
To learn how to automate music or a video to play on a pc,
you can click this link I made:
https://www.7cups.com/path/exercise/auto-play-1646750509/
which has a video I found where some guy explains how to it,
and also there's a link there for another video
that plays my favorite relaxing music as an example.

And now you have gone the extra mile to teach me how to do it. No excuse from me now! Thank you again. This will be very helpful!
By getting all my things looking cute, and matching; the colors mostly beige, white and pink. so, they are nice to my eyes and make me wanting to get up and use them, like they are calling me
