I welcome anyone to commit to a goal here today.

But importantly, talk about getting it done..... or why it didn't happen yet.

To praise each other for our efforts and wins.

While supporting each other through trials and setbacks.

And to continue trying and not give up.

Remember:
Every Goal should be considered "Worthy".
Never belittle your achievements and be proud of yourself for your daily accomplishments!
Whether they be Complex or Simple.
Getting out of bed is a good day..... Good job I say!

Share your goals today, for support and encouragement.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do Your Best and Get Your rest.
Things are usually much harder then we think. Do your best. Be kind to yourself and Be kind to others.

PROGRESS DOES NOT MEAN ULTIMATE SUCCESS
And that can be discouraging.
(Progress does mean, a lot of little successes)

I think it's normal to feel discouraged after working very hard and still not reaching our goals. It takes courage and humility to appreciate and be thankful for our efforts and progress.

Acknowledge your progress and accept you haven't finished your journey yet. It is hard and sometimes humbling not to succeed the big picture. Your progress is most important, so find satisfaction with that. Stand tall and have the courage and fortitude to move forward with positive intent.

YOU CAN DO IT
YOU WILL SUCCEED

(SERIOUSLY... Be proud of yourself.)

With so many sticks in the fire, I started doing a little bit of this a little bit of that and I got off my routine.

Or more accurately, I think my routine got corrupted in relation to my progress for the past half of year.

It is my goal to return to a basic morning routine. 4 important items and then if i have time.... Do the extras.

1. Morning tasks. (includes making bed)
2. Pack my lunch.
3. Physicsl therapy.
4. Feed dogs

Get ahead on finances. Finish my 7th assignment. Start on the 8th. Get caught up at work.

Some of the apps I'm using have contests. Did a survey on one about future products for a chance at $200 and the new gaming one says for this week, some of the top ten players have a chance to earn $1K. Don't think I'm in the top 10 though but I'm almost at $10!

Right now, I have to play with the dog because she's waiting. Got issued a heat advisory again so she won't be going out for a while. Not that she really goes out in the summertime...

OK Now... Good luck! And keep us posted.

My poor dogs are mostly outside dogs and so they just try to find the coolest spot they can underneath a piece of equipment or something. We got a river to jump in and I could keep him with plenty of water.

But it doesn't matter. This extreme hot weather wears them out and I have to laugh sometimes because I didn't know that their tongues were so long. (with them panting so hard) Poor things, I'll let them come inside for a little while in the air conditioning when I'm home.

@IsayUncle well I'm at $120 on one, $70 on another and $13 on the new one. Got the warning on my door which I was expecting. I would have been doing these earlier had I known about them. They would have helped when I was stuck at home during the Covid thing. That was a fun time. My position got eliminated, had to find another job, got let go from the job I had to take because I was on unemployment (the owner/manager wasn't up front with things so it was just as well), had to deal with unemployment fraud (someone filed in my name and I had to prove that I wasn't the one claiming the benefits)....

I have been through a lot of rough patches...

Had to resubmit my 6th assignment because it didn't upload correctly Friday. Was wondering why my academic coach was emailing me about lack of engagement. Then I went to look at the assigned labs and found that the last one didn't save either. It was about accessibility management and when I was looking at the steps, I realized that I had already done it.

Trying to meet the goals on the games. Got an email on my credit builder account saying my score went up eight points. Yay? It's still horrible though.

Um, dealing with my mom and her over exhuberance for my b-day  that's this month. Haven't seen that day as anything special for years now. Think only one girl wishes me happy returns because hers is the day before mine so it's hard for her to forget.

@Enthenia

Hey, sorry for the late reply.

Well done on the gaming.!

YOU HAVE COME A LONG WAY.... from the covid days and unemplyment and fraud...

You doubt yourself often and you should be so proud of yourself. It is easy to get cosumed with current problems that you forget how capable you are. that's important to accept that about yourself. everyone else (or mostly) wants to crirtisize. it's up to you to know and see the truth.

your mom makes a big deal for birthday! Give her a big hug for doing that, even if it makes yoy feel funny 😁. Happy Birthday 🍰🎁.

My world is in a big mess.... last week my vehicles broke down and i had to fix them and im trying to finish a job. it messed that up and now a sick dog is messing me up this week.
And this week one of my dogs got very sick. i had some medications and couldn't afford a vet, so i hoped my medications would fix him. but it didn't and tthe vet couldn't see him today.
She will see him monday morning but i don't know if he will make it. he is very sick and i am just a mess about it all.
I'll go get some canned pumpkin and sweet potatoes and try to find a large feeding syringe tomorrow. (to force feed him).

@IsayUncle I am sorry. I had to use a baby syringe when one of the cats was sick. I know how heartbreaking it is when they're in pain and you can't do anything. If you have white rice, try boiling it and give the dog the broth. The starch in the water will help. And boiled chicken. I need to get a can of plain pumpkin to have on hand in case mine picks up something she shouldn't.

I wasn't productive today. Fell asleep for longer than I had planned so I am behind.

@Enthenia

Thanks. I'm going to cook and try some rice and chicken today. He did well thursday but pretty bad yesterday and today so far. I bring him to the vet tomorrow morning.

I too let sleep overtake me today. Just so tired... With reckless abandon, I slept all morning.

I wish i had enough money that i could just sleep for 3  or 4 days.

@IsayUncle Is the pup doing better? Part of my problem is I don't sleep enough at night and the diet. I am really hungry when I get home (I don't take a lot with me because of the fatigue. Last Friday someone tried holding a conversation with me and it was difficult to keep focused. Shouldn't have taken one of those small chocolates from a girl's desk. She has them out for people to take but I should know better. Wisely avoided the donuts earlier this week.) so I try to have something. Had a trail mix with nut and seeds. It did have raisens but I figured it was realatively safe. Got on the floor to be near the dog and then the next thing I knew it was eight something.

Had to cook dinner, play with the pup, get ready for the next day... I was also behind in the games. So I was trying to do many things at the same time which was slightly difficult because I was still getting my system back online. It can take five to ten minutes for me to fully recover after an incident.

@Enthenia

No, my pup didn't make it. 😢. thx for asking.

Eating properly has a lot to do with stamina and clear headedness but it's hard to always be on on and on.

YOU CAN DO IT TOO..... Hang in there until Friday,

Do you have any plans up your sleeve to assist you?
