@HelloMotoZ3 What an amazing quote! This personally makes me think of times when member chats don't go as well as planned either because I didn't know what to say or was stuck due to navigating unfamiliar terrain, but these chats are the ones that we learn the most from, and improve our listening skills to be better for the next member chat :)
