Does Food ever Interfere with your Progress?

It does for me on a daily basis but I always try to "Mustard" enough "Juice" to "Ketchup" and and get "A Head" of "Lettuce finish" pleaaase 😆.
It often shuts me down and creates more work for me; but I'll try to do better today.
5:23pm: Sort new paperwork.
7:45pm:
Classic Fail... After
(2) ham, mushroom & cheese sandwiches and some cheese and mushroom snacks and other distractions.😟
