Goals, Confusion and Depression

Confusion and Depression are interchangable for; what causes what? Depression can and does contribute to Confusion. Confusion can and does contributes to Depression.

Depression makes it hard for us to formulate, organize and reach our Goals. Confusion makes it hard for us to formulate, organize and reach our Goals.

Depression and Confusion stops our inner dreams and thoughts from materializing into goals and not having any goals can keep us depressed longer than we need to be.

Even the smallest goal accomplished can be a wonderful Anti-Depressant. BUT when goals are too grand and things beyond our control (weather, people, breakage) hamper achieving our goals we always risk falling into depression. Before deeper depression sets in, take a break but immediatly get back to a GOAL and keep it small and achievble until we are strong enough again to take bigger risks.

Yesterday, I was confused and it was ok to take a break. Today I'll try to focus better and it'll be ok if I don't do real good, as long as I try for another day.

I suffer from Manic Depression / Bi-Polar and I like my Manic days more than my depressed days (my rest days) but mostly I use logic to balance them because I like balanced days the best!
