I want to start my gym membership now my Mum has given me permission and I've saved up.
I want to dye the underlayer of my hair again.
I want to re-tint my eyelashes.
I want to reach the 2-month mark with my boyfriend.
I want to lose weight.
I want to exercise more.
I want to be confident.
I want to be on top of everything academically.
@peacefullistener22
Those sound like great goals to have! Do you have any specific plans on how you plan to achieve those goals? <3 I wish you all the best for it!! <3
@peacefullistener22
To start my gym membership, I need to get my mum to double check the place is fine and to go and buy the membership.
To dye the underlayer of my hair again, I need to buy the dye and talk to my friend
I need to get my mum to re-tint my eyelashes
To reach the 2-month mark with my boyfriend, I just need to keep things going
To lose weight, I need to eat the right way and exercise more
To exercise more, I need to start going to the gym
To gain confidence, I guess it just needs time
To be on top of things academically I need to work hard
@river
@peacefullistener22 I hope it goes well for you and you can reach to your goal
@River
Thank you, I might be able to re-tint my eyelashes on Friday or even today!
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day outdoors in the sunshine.
Use a step tracker to keep track of steps each day which helps me focus on walking as an exercise.
@sail46
That is a great goal to have! All the best for it. How is it going so far? <3
I have so many things I want to improve on. I haven't been too on top of my studies. Haven't cleaned my room in such a long time. I want to be more appreciative and slow down more, instead of just wanting night to come so I can lay in bed lols.
Goal for April (Maybe I'll extend it o May 10) is to get things organized and feel more clear-headed. Also to build better habits (replacing phone time with standing/ drawing/ reading)
Week 1: Wake up to write a to-do list. Organize hw by folder and class. Every time on phone, close the app, and just walk around. Create a list of what I want my room to look like. Go to sleep with guided meditation in Sunday and Wednesday.
Week 2: Wake up to write a to-do list. Do 30 jumping jacks. Yoga for 5 minutes. Every time I go to my room, for 15 minutes clean and declutter. Phone away. Instead read book. Go to sleep with guided meditation everyday.
Week 3: Wake up to write a to-do list. Have a 10 minute quiet session. Finish all papers for classes. Buy organizational tools, and decorate ex: calendar, and place around room. Notice how far you've come. Go to sleep with guided meditation.
Week 4: Wake up to write a to-do list. Jog in the morning. All homework organized. More reading and cleaning everyday. Meditate
Goals checkin for April!
How was your progress with the goal?
Did you meet your monthly goal? Its totally okay if you didn't. However, please share why you felt you did not meet the goal and what you could change to meet it at another time, if you want to!
