I welcome anyone to commit to a goal here today.

But more importantly, talk about getting it done or why it didn't happen today.

To praise each other for our efforts and wins.

While supporting each other through trials and setbacks.

And to continue trying and not give up.

Remember:
Every Goal should be considered "Worthy".
Never belittle your achievements and be proud of yourself for your daily accomplishments!
Whether they be Complex or Simple.
Getting out of bed is a good day..... Good job I say!

Share your goals today, for support and encouragement.

@IsayUncle

Get my home tidy and make a healthy dinner.

Take it easy on myself for being slow.

@IsayUncle Hey :) so how'd it go with the X-rays? Were they able to get you in? I - well we lol - cause I'm sure everyone else here is wondering too - how your shoulder is doing :)

@mytwistedsoul

Sorry I didn't post an update. I was able to get my X-ray on Friday but nothing else has changed. The doctor probably won't see it until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Sadly I had to take off the much needed work I had lined up for next week but I think it's for the best to try to let my shoulder heal up a little bit.

My customer was very accommodating and understanding But I really needed the money too. 😕

Giving the shoulder a chance to heal and getting a clearer picture of what's going on will definitely have more advantages then trying to push through the pain for a week of financial gain. It feels better not forcing it past the pain threshold right now. But still hurts like the devil if I try to lift my arm.

@IsayUncle Thanks for the update 🙂 It sucks that the doctor won't get to look at the X-rays until Tuesday or Wednesday - hopefully they can be looked at sooner and they can have an answer sooner for why it's hurting you so bad

It good you have a few days to let it test but I know if it was me I'd be sweating the financial stuff even though I'd be doing the right thing for this body 😬 I'm glad your customer is being accommodating though

@mytwistedsoul

Working was really tearing up the arm. It was in constant use moving it in all directions directing the control levers for hours at a time. Just a couple days not working, I don't have to OD on pain medicine anymore like when I was working. I still can't move it past the pain thresholds but hopefully a week of inactivity will show a lot of improvement.

HOW DID YOUR WEEK GO? Any good plans for next week?
