I hope you can help me add uplifting and inspiring quotes here.

Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.

Being optimistic isn't always being happy. It's taking what the world throws at you and saying 'I'm not going to let this get me down'.

why is society based all on numbers
the grades you got on a class, a number
the amount of money you have, a number
the weight you see in the scale, a number
a number which society makes us think
thats its all about that digit is what makes us
successful. so if you
failed a class your not intelligent
dont have money your life is poor and boring
arent skinny enough your fat
why has society put this trash in our minds
a number shouldnt define who you are
you can be smart and not have the best grades
you can have a happy life without money
you can be beautiful in your own size

be you and dont worry what a number says
because at the end it doesnt matter what
society thinks of you.

it only matters what you think of yourself.
you are beautiful

Sometimes, you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, and sometimes, in the middle of nowhere, you find yourself. Keep your head up. Keep your heart strong.
