@cuddlySugar1501 I love music! There's definitely certain songs I listen to depending on my mood or what I'm going through, but I just really love listening to music that raises my mood and automatically gets my body moving. Regardless of the lyrics, the beat is just sooooo something that I feel so much better!

Here's some songs I love that I love that it's literally impossible for me not to move with.

Return of the Mack- Mark Morrison

Groove With You- They Isley Brothers

Encore- Cheryl Lynn

Tender Love- Force MDs

Mary Jane- Rick James

Love T.KO. - Teddy Pendergrass

Shake Your Groove Thing- Peaches & Herb

Juicy Fruit- Mtume

And sooooo much more!

Recently, the song "Strawberry Fields Forever" by The Beatles has been very comforting and just always makes uplifts my mood. A very good song to daydream too as well.

@cuddlySugar1501 A song that I have on my dissociation playlist is Magic City by Gorillaz, and I think it's really good! It's chill and has themes of good and bad times, which makes it great for just zoning out if you're having a hard time.
