Any Modern Talking fans around? 🎤 🎶
Hello everyone! I love Modern Taking, mainly their original 80s songs like Cherry Cherry Lady, Just We Two (Mona Lisa), Heaven Will Know, SOS for love and many more!
They were really good and made really beautiful songs. But I don't really seem to find any fans to talk about their favourite songs and get more new recommendations for other awesome songs!

@NightingaleListens I love Modern Talking, Wham!, Talking Heads, and the Cocteau Twins. The 80s was such a good time for music, especially pop and rock music. I'm glad to see there are more people into Modern Talking. I never really see them talked about that often in the spaces I'm in.

I also love Wham! 💗 Rest in Peace George Michael, his singing was really so good that I got no words to praise him haha. Yes, I am also glad that you are into this sings like me, it's hard to find someone who likes them in places where I chat or post mostly. I love Geronimo's Cadillac and Brother Louie! All time favourites lol. My favourite songs from Wham! are Last Christmas and Wake me up before you go go.
I love A-ha and Simon and Garfunkel (not sure if they are from 80s though, didn't notice). Do you like The Beatles?
I also love Journey! They have really great songs!
@NightingaleListens I haven't listened to the Beatles much but I do like 70's music. I listen to a lot of Black Sabbath, and Fleetwood Mac and I like Disco music too. What song from the Beatles would you recommend I listen to first?

I don't like The Beatles songs but I asked because many people like them lol. You can still listen to Hey Jude and Here comes the sun. They are nice songs, you might like them. Have you listened to John Denver?

That's great that your brother is a fan of him. I love his songs. I favourite songs of him are Sunshine on my shoulders and Country Roads Take Me Home.
Do you have any favorite singers whose songs I should listen to?
@NightingaleListens I listen to a lot of metal music. I love black Sabbath, and Rage Against the Machine. I also love grunge music I listen to a lot of Nirvana and Alice in Chains. If you like 80's music I'd listen to "She's in Parties" by Bauhaus. I also really like The Smiths. "How Soon is Now" is one of my favorite songs by them. Let me know what other 80's bands I should listen to. I'm always looking for more music. :)

Thank you for the great songs recommendations! I will try the metal genre out! Do you like songs that are different in language than yours? You might like Japanese pop songs like Hana and Matsuri by Fujii Kaze! I also have a Portuguese recommendation called Lambada by Kaoma ( from the 80s hehe)..

@NightingaleListens I love J-pop and K-pop. I listen to a lot of Japanese music from the 70's and 80's by Mariya Takeuchi, Miki Matsubara, and Taeko Ohnuki. I'm gonna listen to some of your recommendations.
