Any subgenres are okay!
I personally like doom metal, industrial metal and nu metal. Though I donw't anna be the type to hate on any other subgenres! I just dont listen to them much :)
I listen to:
Candlemass, Rammstein [current favourite], Babymetal, Slipknot, Korn, System of a down
And more that I can't think of :)

Oh, me too.
I enjoy metal and electronics pretty much.
Currently I have been listening a lot of Linkin Park (old and new) and TSS (The Sunday Sadness).

I'm kinda bad at placing the subgenres tho but
I listen to System of a Down, Deftones, Sabaton, In Flames, Brothers of Metal, etc.
So uh yeah, I myself plan to compose metal once I get an electric guitar.
