@iaminhell would love to chat more about this. also trying to figure it out myself and your words put it really well. i've been feeling this for the past few years but it's intensified recently and i never know how to talk about it without sounding insecure. it's an irrational obsessive thing for me, like i can't even handle watching certain movies or being around lots of people anymore
