Stressed about sexuality ocd
Ive always been attracted to women but these sexual thoughts about men have been popping up recently and it's making me anxious
When working out my legs, I get a weird feeling and I can't tell if it's like a sexual feelings or not, it's seriously destroying my motivation
I'd really appreciate any advice because this is stating to affect my life

I believe the key question here is: are your annoying thoughts strictly about other men or more a kind of self-sexual? If this is the latter—especially if it is combined with your lack of sexual experience with the opposite sex and a pinch of overthinking (which looks quite usual for OCD)—it could result in this kind of anxiety.
Let's imagine our bodies and minds are designed to become male or female within just some "factory options". Some people believe our gender is determined before we are born (binary). And some people believe it can change or switch during our lifetime (non-binary). So, may it be the fact that your might have been born as a woman what is making you concerned?
I think that being a teenager is a very fragile period, when you stop to feel like a basically non-sexual child and learn to take on your gender-specific behaviours and roles. I believe high anxiety or OCD may make it more difficult.
Depending on what exercise you’re doing you could be experience a “coregasm” it’s totally normal and happens during exercises that activate your core and pelvic floor. So stuff like crunches, leg lifts, squats, and rope climbing could all activate that!
It’s most likely not that you’re looking at women in the gym and being lustful, you’re just exercising and felt something unfamiliar and a bit strange. Your brain is overthinking and just trying its best to understand the situation given the information it has.
