Why do I have intrusive thoughts with practices
At the age of five I witnessed a babysitter's husband trapping my mom and chasing her around her car and I've been practicing blocking doors since junior high and it's involved into skipping around my vehicle once in a while or skipping around my dining room table
My therapist today said that I have OCD which was the first time I've heard of that I've been also diagnosed with PTSD

Yesterday I told my therapist that I couldn't come to forgive my mom because when she showed up at the babysitter's house the babysitter and her husband had a confrontation with her and they told her she was either too late or too early to pick up her children and then the babysitter and her husband took my brother and their children inside the house and my mom somehow was able to get me and her car and take me to around the corner from the house that she just had to confrontation with the babysitter and the babysitter's husband and asked a four or five-year-old child at the time whether or not she should go back in the house you don't ask a four or five-year-old child you should go into a house You're an adult you go into the house because they took your other child inside the house but no she asked a four or five-year-old after confrontation
I have two sides to me which I told my therapist the one is Jason who we figured out is barbaric and mimics the babysitter's husband and Jennifer who is more nurturing and would confront mother in a different way than Jason would Jason would just be too barbaric I'd rather be Jennifer and my one therapist is making me feel comfortable by walking to stores and different places while being Jennifer which is nice because the Jennifer side of me really wants to be Jennifer and I want to be Jennifer for good and so Friday my 1 therapist is going to have me walk to the bookstore with her the last session we went to the bakery together
It's sad I'm going to be losing my therapist for the short term because she has to get her New York State license as soon as she gets her license she will be able to return to being a therapist at the practice that I see her at so I will be getting her back but it's going to take some time I've been making a lot of progress with her been able to open up about things from the past
I had a good therapy session with my therapist yesterday my therapist felt bad for what my mom put me through on the day that she was trapped by the babysitter's husband She put a four or five-year-old in an adult decision she asked me at 4 or 5 years old if she should go back into the house after she drove me around the corner in her car when my brother was already in the house with the babysitter and her children and the babysitter's husband
I can't wait till my therapist gets her license so that we can invite my mom to a session and then have her sign a skip agreement and skip around her car after the session at a park
Looking forward to when my therapist graduates from college because she's going to be working at the clinic permanently where I see her and I'm going to see if she wants to invite mom to a session and confront mom about the past And then I'm going to have a Skip agreement for mom to sign between her me and my therapist then we will skip around her car at a park but before we go to the park we're going to have one firm handshake where she and I look each other in the eye and say dinky dinky to each other before we leave the office and start the skip in the park
